By the Customer: You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing stage.
By Sawa Shoes: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Out of Stock: The item is no longer available.
- Pricing Errors: There was an error in the product’s price or description.
- Quality Control: The item did not pass our final quality inspection.
- Payment Issues: Your payment could not be verified or was declined.
- Previous History: Sawa Shoes reserves the right to cancel orders if a customer has a history of previously cancelled orders or "Return to Origin" (RTO) cases without prior intimation.

We gladly accept any unworn products within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
