Delivery Details:

• Free delivery all over Pakistan.
• We outsource our courier needs, we usually use TCS.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days(No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season.
• On orders above the value of 15,000we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier

Return policy

• We will gladly accept any unworn products within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Customer needs to return the product via a traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
